Fairly quiet and tidy units with comfortable beds, and the staff were amicable...

the staff were all superfriendly and the breakfast was tasty with jam toast and lettuce and butter & jam. the location was great, not very far from st paul's church. you could walk to convenience stores and a grocery shop. liked being walk from a tram station.

The guesthouse is located in a local area, only an 8-minute tram ride away from the city center. the rooms come with two beds and are relatively quiet. - Amenities like a TV, microwave, and fridge are provided. - the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

The location turned out to be nice. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Central Park. Staff were incredibly nice, room was exceptionally clean and modern in 2 beds. We had a savoury and absolutely superb breakfast, really enjoyed the meal with lettuce and butter & jam toast, for example.

We had a fantastic stay at Guesthouse Lululu! the owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and offered helpful insights about the city. We greatly enjoyed chatting with the owner and even made a point to stop by and say hello again during our visit. the guesthouse is conveniently located, close to a convenience store and public transportation. the communal kitchen area was comfortable and a great place to meet other travelers. We appreciated the included Japanese breakfast and the functional, air-conditioned rooms. a wonderful experience!

super clean - great location just outside the city center but close enough to reach in 5minutes by tramway - friendly staff - delicious weekday breakfast - helpful owner who went above and beyond to assist me.

Convenient Location and Friendly Host

The hotel is conveniently located near tram stops and next to a convenience store, making it easy to explore the city. The host speaks fluent English and was very friendly, providing us with helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Additionally, the parking facility nearby was convenient and saved us money. On top of that, the included breakfast was a delightful surprise and a great chance to chat with other guests.

One downside was the noise level in the hotel. The thin walls and inconsiderate guests made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.
